Outreach Program

The most recent of our programs, it was developed to prevent homelessness. People are helped without having to access the shelter system. We support people who have moved on into the community but still may be experiencing difficulty. One person delivers all of our services to one person at a time. People receive advocacy, referral, escorts, financial assistance, settlement services, housing services and employment services while remaining in their own homes.
